One of the western hemisphere’s highest residences, this 14,260 sq. ft. penthouse sits on the 89th floor of Trump Towers. Despite paying $17 million for the property in 2014, the owner Sanjay Shah reported that he expected to spend an additional $15 million to finish up the 5-bedroom, 7-bathroom home.
